Brooke, the talent behind Baked By Brooke GC, has only been officially baking and cake decorating for a few years, but her accomplishments speak volumes. She recently won the 2024 Rising Star Award at the ACADA Australasian Cake Oscars Awards and hosted a Cupcake Bouqcake demonstration on stage at the ACADA International Cake Show in Brisbane earlier this year. Brooke has been featured on Channel 9 and in the Gold Coast Bulletin and has been interviewed by both Hot Tomato and the ABC radio stations. In addition to her media recognition, Brooke has been running classes at Cakers Paradise on the  Gold Coast and recently started hosting her own classes in her beautiful boutique home based cake studio in Mermaid Waters. Brooke is also a proud Brand Ambassador for Cakers Paradise and PICNARTsugar.
